Financial Integrity
Your generosity is important to us
Your funds will fight for freedom.
We value transparency and are committed to investing funds strategically to accomplish our mission and vision. Destiny Rescue UK was established in 2025, and while we do not yet have an Annual Report to share, our goal—like that of other Destiny Rescue support offices around the globe—is for 80% of every donation to go directly to programs that benefit the children we serve.
What your donations make possible
FAQs
Are my donations eligible for Gift Aid?
Yes. If you’re a UK taxpayer, Destiny Rescue can claim Gift Aid on your donation* – worth an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you. To make sure your gift qualifies, please complete a Gift Aid declaration confirming you pay enough UK Income or Capital Gains Tax to cover the amount reclaimed. If you pay tax at the higher or additional rate, you can claim the difference between that rate and the basic rate on your Self Assessment tax return.
*Destiny Rescue UK is currently completing its charity registration; in the meantime, donations are processed through Stewardship, a registered UK charity, who reclaim Gift Aid on our behalf and pass it on to us in full.
How are my funds invested?
We are grateful for your generosity and promise to use your donation in the most effective way possible. All donations designated for specific funds will be applied to those projects and to administering the gifts. At least 80 percent of your designated gift will go to programs that defend kids. Gifts that cannot be used for a particular project, due to over or under-funding, will be directed to Destiny Rescue’s most urgent needs. Contributions are solicited with the understanding that Destiny Rescue has control over the use of all donated funds.
How do I know you are investing my gifts wisely?
It is a humbling responsibility to know that every dollar counts and children are depending upon us. With this in mind, we work diligently to follow the seven standards of responsible stewardship established by the ECFA and are regulated by the Charity Commission for England and Wales* / are administered by Stewardship, whose accountability standards we adhere to for our commitment to transparency, accountability and financial integrity. Every year an independent accounting firm conducts an audit of our financial records. In addition, an all-volunteer board of directors monitors expenditures and investments and sets policies, procedures, and budget. You may review our full audited financial statements on our website.
